· Youth Ministry Administrator: Youth Organization (YO!) staff, leading Junior and Senior
High school program planning, staff coordination, recruitment of staff, and administrative tasks, help transition between youth pastors, small group advisor, coordinate events, teach weekly lessons. (2004-2005)

· Senior District Executive. Primary functions were customer service, new customer
prospecting and development, training of adult leaders, fundraising, youth membership
recruitment, program development and support, and adult volunteer recruitment. Editor of
Council publication “Sioux Trails�, staff advisor to Technology Taskforce. 200+
volunteers and 1000+ youth served on an annual basis.
· Camp Director. Lewis and Clark Scout Reservation, Yankton, SD, summers of 2001-2002.
Primary functions hire, train, develop and manage a staff of 47 seasonal employees. Teach
the aims, ideals and methods of the Boy Scouts of America. Oversee and control a budget
In excess of $250,000. Provide a positive camp experience for over 2000 youth and adults
each summer. Developed and maintain all memorabilia, publications, promotional materials, and web sites.
Boy Scouts of America, Philmont Scout Ranch, Cimarron, NM, summers of 1994, 1995, 1996.
· Ranger. 1994-1995. Primary functions were to teach backpacking skills, teamwork skills,
and leadership development in youth to groups of 8-12 youth and 2-6 adults.
· Trail Crew Foreman. 1996. Primary functions were to take groups of 15 youth ages 16-20 to
a worksite and build trail for 18 days, followed by 12 days of backpacking. Teaching of
tool usage, safety, teamwork and leadership.
